Saddle Panel for Optimum Freedom of Movement

The Saddle Panel for Optimum Freedom of Movement was developed in cooperation with well-known horse trainer Eberhard Weiß. It creates additional freedom of movement for the shoulder and additional room for sideways movement. The special construction of the saddle panel lets the trapezius muscle move freely, the horse benefits from maximum freedom of movement. The Saddle Panel for Optimum Freedom of Movement is available for all Passier saddles with PS Saddle Tree.

Tree Point

The Saddle Panel for Optimum Freedom of Movement comes with the tree point attached directly to the saddle panel. This results in maximum freedom of movement for the shoulder and additional room for sideways movement.

Basting Line

The addition of a second basting line at the top allows the trapezius muscle to move freely.

Wider Gullet Plate

The gullet plate is 1 cm (1/2“) wider in the middle and thus the fit of the saddle is optimized.

"The Lifter" Panels

These special panels provide more space for the withers at the front and at the same time have a good contact area in the center of the saddle. Furthermore, the short, round form of the panels at the rear means they come off the horse's back quickly and therefore exert no pressure. They are utilized here with flat gussets.
